1st EDITION TERTÚLIA VÍNICA

On June 21st, Tertúlia had the pleasure of presenting the first in a series of dinners we have named Tertúlia Vínica, which will take place throughout the rest of the year!

In this First Chapter, we invited Chef Paulo Alves, whose remarkable career includes, among other notable achievements, the well-deserved and highly coveted Michelin star awarded in 2023.
For this 1st Edition of Tertúlia Vínica, we prepared a four-hands dinner where we showcased the gastronomic potential and versatility of the Encruzado grape. We designed a bold and unique menu that fused Portuguese tradition with Asian cuisine. In this memorable dinner, we highlighted the full versatility of the Encruzado variety.
