On October 18th, an exclusive Kaitai Ceremony will take place at Tertúlia Gastronomia, in partnership with Rosa Sushi — a Japanese tradition dedicated to the art of cutting and presenting tuna.

What happens during the ceremony?

The tuna, which can weigh over 100 kg, is skillfully carved by the chef.
