The Tertúlia kitchen is a space dedicated to reimagining the native products of Portugal and especially the ones from its central region. It’s where we embrace traditional recipes and infuse them with our unique approach. Above all, it’s a place where we honor each ingredient, giving it the spotlight it deserves—our dining room.

OUR DINING ROOM
Our dining room is an intimate and comfortable space with a stunning view over Serra da Estrela. It’s a place where our clients can enjoy one of the most extensive wine lists in the region, highlighting our local producers. Our main mission is to create the perfect harmony between traditional cuisine and our wines.

OUR WINE CELLAR
Since the creation of our restaurant concept, we have embraced the challenge of offering one of the most extensive wine lists featuring Dão producers, particularly the smaller labels that don’t always get the recognition they deserve.
We have around 300 selections, with the undisputed king being the Dão region.

EVENTS
Year 2024 marked the beginning of a series of unique dinners called “Tertúlias Gastronómicas.” These events are centered around the sharing of knowledge with other chefs from the national culinary scene. The concept is to invite various ambassadors of Portuguese cuisine from all over the country, from classic to Michelin-starred restaurants.
These are gastronomic and wine dinners dedicated to Portuguese wines and cuisine.
A special thanks to the many partners that have supported us from the start, making these events possible in the interior region of the country.
At Tertúlia, in addition to our restaurant, we also have rooms for all kinds of events, from corporate services to intimate weddings.
